No problem gorgeous! For any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our 30-day no fuss money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. It is so simple! If you need to return it for any reason, we'll try hard to accept all returns.
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned within 30 days from when it was shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Unfortunately, we don’t cover any return postage costs. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to RELAXSO. Please note that to be eligible for return, products must be in new and unworn and still all in its original condition with all tags attached, including any accessories, manuals, product manuals or instructions.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please provide 2~3 pictures showing the damaged/deffective condition along with your order number for internal inspection. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order. Relaxso will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt) if there is a manufacturer's defect, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified by email once your return as been processed.
It is considered "used" and may not be returned for credit when your product once seal has been opened or broken due to health and hygiene reasons. If after products are received and inspected we determine that items has obviously been used, worn, washed or damaged, a higher re-stocking fee will be applied or item will be returned to customer.
For Promotion Sale, items marked as a final reduction or part of a special promotion offer / coupons cannot be returned – this will be made clear to you prior to your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned back to us due to either being refused, unclaimed or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be charged a $12.00 order restocking fee plus a minimum $10.00 original shipping and handling (S/H) fee.
The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.
For reasons including but not limited to consumer protection and health codes, certain products may be non-returnable and non-refundable. Relaxso.com does not accept returns of the following items, without limitation.
PLEASE NOTE: Some items such as personalized items, personal care are final sale. Non-Refundable items include: Pillows, Sock-wear, Slippers, Sleepwear, Shapewear, Massagers, Headphones and Earbuds, Groomers, brush, any other “personal care” products or Adult items. Personal Care is defined as any product that makes direct and continuous contact with the skin. Unopened/sealed items are acceptable for return. Personalized items and items marked as final sale or non-returnable are also ineligible for refunds.
Unfortunately, Relaxso.com is unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order. Returns requested or received after 30 days from the purchase date will be refused. Items returned without authorization will be refused or abandoned and will not be credited to customer.
The return authorization labels obtained are valid only for returns shipped to your nearest Relaxso. In that case, you'll receive an address label where you'll need to pay for the postage.
Each label is coded number for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
Please notice that returns that do not have Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package will be refused. We recommend that you insure the package with tracking number prior to ship.
